3-Year Coverage

All OSCOO storage products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the original purchase date.

What's Covered:

Manufacturing defects and failures under normal use according to published specifications.

What's Not Covered:

Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, data loss, or products from unauthorized sellers.

Authorized Purchase Channels
This warranty applies exclusively to OSCOO products purchased from the following authorized channels:

  • oscooshop.com (official online store)
  • Amazon (sold by OSCOO official stores)
  • AliExpress (OSCOO official store)

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, or secondary markets are not eligible for warranty service, as OSCOO cannot verify the product's handling, storage conditions, or authenticity.

Warranty Service:

  1. Contact support@oscooshop.com with proof of purchase
  2. Obtain RMA number
  3. Ship defective product to our service center
  4. Receive repair or replacement at OSCOO's discretion

Limitations:

OSCOO's liability limited to product repair/replacement. Not responsible for data loss or consequential damages. This warranty provides specific legal rights; additional rights may vary by jurisdiction.
